This 300 seat 13,000 sq. ft. performance center will be home to a community theatre, arts education classes, children's choir, and community symphony. The educational programs will feature a variety of classes including acting, opera, instrumentals, musical theatre, lighting and sound, Broadway singing, and dance. This new community performance center will be designed by an architect here in Houston, and will feature amenities found in many professional theatres, allowing us to produce thrilling, high quality, family friendly, live entertainment.
Over 309,000 people reside in the Katy Area causing Katy to be larger in population than the City of Pittsburg. Katy's past growth between the years 2000 and 2010 increased by 83% due to growing businesses in the Houston area and 550,000 persons are expected to reside in the Katy Area by the year 2035. Because of the extensive growth of the Katy area, the timing and need for a cultural arts venue is apparent.
The Katy Grand Theatre will fill the need of year-round cultural arts in Katy. This performance center, with family-friendly shows and arts, will drive surrounding communities and revenue to Katy. Katy, Texas will become the new destination for exceptional community theatre and arts education.

The Noyes Fine Arts Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit performing arts foundation. Our goal is to build the first quality community performance center in Katy, Texas. We are committed to combining the community's best actors, singers, and dancers to produce Broadway style, family friendly productions here in Katy. We have already established a youth chorus, youth symphony, and theatrical outreach program. When this performance center is complete we will offer year-round performances of musical theatre, children's shows, symphony and various concerts. Performing arts classes will be held throughout the year for youth and adults. The Katy Grand Theatre will also be available for rental opportunities to support other Katy community programs and performances.
We are seeking donors, sponsors and building "Naming Rights" sponsors, who in addition to supporting a great cause, will benefit from tax deductions and marketing that has the potential to reach an estimated 64,800 attendees each year. With the addition of media coverage of each performance from 4 local magazines and newspapers as well as some Houston media, sponsors can expect an estimated market exposer of over 400,000 people each quarter.
